Megan and Isaac...

I did a little second shooting with my pal Jessica Kettle. (um this was back in Sept..I'm really trying to play catch-up). She has this fantastic style that I adore, and honestly if I have to hang out with someone from 7am until 11pm at night..she's the gal to be with.
She is also a NIKON shooter and I needed to pick her brain. This is how I found out my camera was WAY broken and not focusing right, hence the need for my new one.
Luckily I got a few shots, but gained lots more experience from Jess (or Ketts as I say).
I will miss all my new friends and being around such amazing photographers...they really do keep you on your game.

Ashleigh and Billy Wedding....

Julie Parker asked me to second shoot another wedding with her.
This was a super laid-back, let's have a great, fun day, cool(est)couple. Lots of love and personality in the WHOLE family! The wedding was at the brides house overlooking South Ogden. It could not have been a cooler house....and notice the sand that was brought in just for them! Loved it.
Julie took their engagement pics in Dec. (I think)..and if you get a chance GO look..they are some of my favorite pictures.

So, my favorite photographer Julie Parker (click here to see her amazing pictures) invited me to second shoot at a wedding with her this past week! I can't say THANKS enough for all the mentoring advice, but happily I get to call her friend too. I learn a ton when I'm with her, and if you are wondering what "second shooting" is, it's being able to take the fun pictures and roam around while Julie did the hard work! :) It's my very first wedding and I had a blast...thanks to Julie and her beauty of a daughter Wren for having me around.
